HS FBall: Clinton Looking to Bounce Back at Eureka

The Clinton Maroons are looking for a bounce-back performance this week when they travel to Eureka for a non-conference matchup.

The Maroons dropped a tough week two matchup 34-14 to Tri-Valley. Clinton struggled to find offensive momentum in the first half and by the time they were able to find the end zone, the Vikings had scored four times.

Clinton faces another tough non-conference opponent tonight when they hit the road to Eureka. The Hornets are 1-1 on the season after falling in a shootout last week, 44-36 at Shelbyville.

Tonight's game will be the home opener for Eureka.

Game time is 7 pm on WHOW and its many digital platforms.
