The Clinton Maroons are coming off a momentus win over Central A&M last week on the road and now will look to keep that momentum going as Meridian comes to town.

Coach Ron Bass says there was a lot to like about that game from the way the offense executed to better tackling by his defense.

Meridian will offer a good challenge this week for Clinton (2-2). Coach Bass says they have some pretty explosive-skill position players that can make some plays.

Meridian is 1-3 on the season.
