It'll be a rekindling of an old Okaw Valley rivalry this Saturday when Clinton travels to Sullivan to battle Sullivan-Okaw Valley in the first round of the Class 3A high school football playoffs.

It's been an eventful week for the Maroons, who found out Tuesday they will be without senior quarterback Mason Walker. While disappointed, Coach Ron Bass says the IHSA rules are the rules and so they'll move forward this week without their captain.

Coach Bass says the Redskins have several weapons a big quarterback that can get the football to them. 

As Coach Bass mentioned, it would be the first playoff win in Clinton football history.
