Kaiden Maurer scored 16 of his team-high 18 points in the first half and led Maroa-Forsyth over Decatur St. Teresa 55-34 in the third-place game from Argenta-Oreana Friday night at the Macon County Tournament.
The Trojans started fast going up 15-6 after the first quarter and led 36-18 at the intermission.
Zayne Giles scored ten of his 16 points in the second quarter.
Trant Smith finished with ten for Maroa-Forsyth.
Ryheem Tyus scored 22 points to lead the Bulldogs.
St. T falls to 3-4 while the Trojans go to 2-3.
