Eric Cooper hit a three-run inside-the-park home run as the Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers blasted their way to a 15-0, four-inning, run-rule win Thursday night in non-conference high school baseball action in Mt. Pulaski.

Liam Smith went 3-for-3 with an RBI and a triple. He also went three innings of shutout ball. Smith struck out seven and allowed just three hits and two walks. 

Luke Martin tripled and scored twice while reaching base three times with a pair of walks. 

Mt. Pulaski moves to 6-0 on the season with Thursday's win. They will host Clinton on Friday afternoon.
