Arthur-Lovington-Atwood-Hammond brought home the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning and took down Blue Ridge 7-6 in Lincoln Prairie Conference high school softball action Monday in Arthur.
ALAH took control of the game with a five-run fifth inning to go up 6-4. Blue
Ridge came back to tie the game in the seventh on a two-run double from Cassie Zimmerman.
But Anna Rawlins walked it off for the Lady Knights in the bottom of the seventh.
Zimmerman finished 3-for-3 with a double, two RBIs and two runs scored. Karlee Fenton was 2-for-3 with two RBIs for the Lady Knights.
Blue Ridge stole eight bases highlighted by Addison Roos' four. Lily Enger and Zimmerman stole two bases apiece.
Blue Ridge drops to 4-9 overall and 0-4 in the Lincoln Prairie. They will host PBL this afternoon.
