Brian Woolum, 34, Clinton, was arrested and charged with No Valid Driver’s License and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.  Woolum posted the necessary bond and was released.

Tabatha Lane, 28, Decatur, was issued Citations for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle and Disobeying a Stop Sign. Lane was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Scott Edgar, 56, Gibson City, was issued a Citation for Speeding (77mph in a 55mph Zone).  Edgar was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Tamara Ware, 51, Danville, was issued a Citation for Speeding (80mph in a 55mph Zone).  Ware was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Isaac Martinez-Sosa, 40, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75mph in a 55mph Zone).  Martinez-Sosa was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Melissa Brown, 29, Mt Pulaski, was issued Citations for Expired Registration, and Operating an un-insured vehicle. Brown was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Brandee Brashear, 30, Decatur was issued a Citation for Speeding (85 mph in a 65 mph zone). Brashear was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Keevan Long, 25, Wapella was issued a Citation for Speeding (82 in a 65 mph zone). Long was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Aaron Stillman, 45, Maroa was arrested and charged with 2 Counts of Driving Under the Influence, Speeding (77 mph in 55 mph zone). Stillman posted the necessary bond and was released.

James Gordon, 29, Wapella was arrested and issued a Citation for DUI BAC .155. Gordon posted the necessary bond and was released.

James Zanaida, 30, Berwyn, was arrested and issued a Citation for DUI BAC .199. Berwyn posted the necessary bond and was released.

Danny Borland, 56, Wapella was arrested and issued Citations for Illegal Transpiration Alcohol, and 2 counts Driving Under Influence. Borland posted the necessary bond and was released.

On 02/05 at  2222, William Lampe , 25, Clinton, was traveling Eastbound on Bungtown Road East of Daisy Road.  Lampe proceeded straight while the road curved to the right.  Lampe drove into a culvert which was about a 10 foot drop.  The vehicle sustained major damage and Lampe was unconscious at the time of the initial call.  Lampe and the passenger both sustained injuries and were transported to Bromenn Hospital.  The vehicle was towed by Gary’s Towing .  Lampe was issued Citations for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and arrested.  Lampe posted the necessary bond and was released.

Keiron Sneed, 25, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Unlawful Use BlackJack/Knife, Poss Amt Con Sub Except (A)/(D), and Manf/Del Cannabis/30-500 Grams.  Sneed posted the necessary bond and was released.

William Best, 70, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol.  Best was given a Notice to Appear and released.

SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
