David Wilkins, 57, Lincoln, was issued Citations for No Valid Driver’s License and Operating Uninsured Vehicle.  Wilkins was given a Noticeto Appear and was released.

John Chaney, 67, Oakley, was issued a Citation for Speeding (77 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Chaney was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Trinity Wallen, 22, Modesto CA, was issued a Citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 65 mph zone).  Wallen was given a Promise to Comply and was released.

Franklin Wheeler, 40, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Possess Lost Credit/Debit Card/FTA.  Wheeler posted the necessary bond and was released.

Logan Ashworth, 19, LeRoy, was issued a Citation for Failure to Reduce Speed Accident.  Ashworth was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
