Cathelena M. Daily, 84, Clinton, died at 9 p.m. Tuesday (Dec. 20, 2011) at Evenglow Health Center, Pontiac.
Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with J. Kent Hickerson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Breast Cancer Foundation.
She was born Oct. 8, 1927, in Heyworth, daughter of John A. Bolin and Beulah Harrold. She married Robert Daily on April 1, 1944, in Clinton. He passed away March 10, 1995.
Surviving are two daughters, Barbara Boyd, Lake Station, Ind., and Sue May, Clinton; granddaughter, Wendy Reynolds-Buckley, whom she raised, of Walnut Creek, Calif.; one brother, John Bolin, Mesa, Ariz.; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Mary Kay Reynolds and Patricia Ann Wheeler; two brothers; and one sister.
She was a member of First Christian Church, Clinton. She was a member of the DeWitt County Farm Bureau and Home Extension.

John W. Coakley II, 57, Heyworth, passed away at 8:08 a.m. Monday (Dec. 19, 2011) at his home in Heyworth.
His funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Calvert-Belangee-Bruce Funeral Home, Heyworth. The Rev. Amanda Richards will officiate. Burial will be in Randolph Township Memorial Cemetery, Heyworth. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the United Church of Heyworth or the Randolph Township Fire Department.
Mr. Coakley was born March 21, 1954, in Indianapolis, Ind., son of John W. and Florence Evelyn Norris Coakley. He married Debra L. Cline on Sept. 24, 1977, in Heyworth. She survives in Heyworth.
Also surviving are two sons, Johnny Coakley, Heyworth, and Jason (Amanda) Coakley, Jacksonville, Fla.; two grandchildren; and one sister, Kathi (Gary) Cain, Bloomington.
John was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Steven Coakley; and one daughter, Jennifer Coakley.
John loved his family very much and was a friend to many. He will be missed by all who knew him.
