The plan to increase gambling across the state is going to fold. That's according to Gaming Board Chairman Aaron Jaffe who says he doubts Governor Quinn will sign the bill in its present form.

Jaffe says the bill is 409 pages of garbage. If the governor does approve the measure, the state would get five new casinos. It would also allow slot machines at racetracks and at Chicago airports. The legislature is expected to send the bill to the governor sometime this fall.
