Three people are dead after a plane crash in Central Illinois this morning.  According to the Federal Aviation Administration, the single engine plane was taking off from the Rantoul Airport when it crashed and then erupted in flames.  The exact cause of the incident hasn't been determined yet but weather is believed to have been a factor.
