On 08/27/11 at 2:16am, Clinton Police arrested Morgan J. Phillips, 22, of Clinton on the charge of Disorderly Conduct. He was transported to DeWitt County Jail.

On 08/27/11, Clinton Police responded to a single vehicle accident on south Wilson St. A motorcycle being operated by Ryan S. Ingalls, 22, of Clinton was attempting to turn around on Wilson Street, lost control of the motorcycle and laid it down on the street. Ingalls was given a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

On 08/28/11, Clinton Police arrested Jordan Watkins,25, of Clinton on the charge of Aggravated Battery from an incident occurring on 08/22/11. Watkins was transported to DeWitt County Jail.

On 08/29/11 at 8:24am, Clinton Police arrested Prudencio Hernandez, 30, of Clinton on charges of Domestic Battery and resisting a peace officer. He was transported to the DeWitt County Jail. 

On 08/30/11 at 4:49pm, Clinton Police arrested Joy M. Schneider, 31, of Clinton for operating a motor vehicle while license was revoked. She was transported to DeWitt County Jail.

On 08/30/11 at 5:05 pm, Clinton police responded to a two car accident at the intersection of Macon St and N. Center. A vehicle being driven by Rodney D. Mix, 45, of Clinton was on Macon street and turning south onto Center street when he was struck by a vehicle being driven by Angela R. Cornell,26, of Clinton. No injuries were reported.

ON 9/1/11 CLINTON POLICE ARRESTED RICHARD J. BARRY 48, CLINTON FOR CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO STATE SUPPORTED PROPERTY, RESISTING/OBSTRUCTING A PEACE OFFICER, AND OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE. BARRY WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE DEWITT COUNTY JAIL AND RELEASED TO CORRECTIONS.

ON 9/1/11 CLINTON POLICE ARRESTED CARL D. WILSON 24, CLINTON FOR DOMESTIC BATTERY. WILSON WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE DEWITT COUNTY JAIL AND RELEASED TO CORRECTIONS.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW
