A Herrin teenager is accused of drinking and driving before crashing his car into a house.  Jamie Brandon was arrested yesterday after he allegedly hit the corner of a house and fled the scene.  He's charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, resisting a police officer, and leaving the scene of an accident.  Brandon was released on bond.
