A Taylorville teenager is accused of breaking into a home and sexually assaulting a juvenile girl. Police arrested John Zini just after 1:00 Wednesday after receiving a call about the abuse. The young girl was apparently sleeping when Zini entered her room and attacked her. She was taken to Taylorville Memorial Hospital where she was treated and released. Zini is charged with home invasion, aggravated criminal sexual assault, and resisting arrest.
