Therese Samp, 23, Elk Grove Villiage, was issued a citation for speeding (64mph in a 45 mph zone). Samp posted her Il. Drivers License as bond and was released.

Joseph Robinson, 28, Decatur, was arrested and charged with a McLean County Warrant charging him with Failure to Appear. Robinson, being unable to post bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Marjorie Black, 55, Clinton , was arrested and charged with a Clay County Warrant charging her with Failure to Appear. Black posted the necessary bond and was released.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
