As heard on THE BIG 1520/92.3AM WHOW, The maroons were crushed by Central A&M Raiders in their homecoming match-up.  Big plays doomed the Maroons as the Raiders had 2 kickoff return touchdowns and 2 big defensive scores.  The Raiders were led by two scores from Josh Crose as he contributed 73 yards on the ground.  Also serving well for the Raiders were quarterback Kurtis Ramsey who was 5 of 7 for 66 yards with 1 touchdown and an INT and Todd Ramsey who had 5 carries for 77 yards and a touchdown.  The Maroons who had 2 drives killed by an interception in the end-zone and a fumble at the Raider 1 yard line finally got on the board with a safety.  In the 2nd half Senior Mitch Creager who had 5 carries for 73 yards crossed the goal line for a Maroons touchdown.  Kadarius Sneed had 17 carries for 80 yards.  Quarterback Greg Osgood had the Maroons other score.  Next Friday the Maroons travel to Monticello to battle the 2-2 Sages.
