Byron Blondin, 27, Heyworth, was issued a citation for operating an un-insured vehicle. Blondin was given a notice to appear and was released.
Cathy Marshall, 51, Wapella, was arrested and charged with DUI-Alcohol, Possession Cannabis <2.5g, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Marshall was also issued citations for Improper Display of Registration, Operating Uninsured Vehicle, Speeding (80 mph in a 65 mph zone), Driving While License revoked, and Driving Under the Influence. Marshall posted the necessary bond and was released.
