Illinois State's Hancock Stadium is getting a facelift. The football stadium will undergo about a $20-million renovation, the first major changes since it was built 50 years ago in 1961. ISU president Al Bowman made the announcement Tuesday during his annual "State of the Univeristy Address." The project will be paid for through a various funding sources. The renovation will feature construction of a new east grandstand, which is scheduled to be complete by the 2013 season.
