Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 1, revealed that a vehicle driven by Kevin Hutchison, 33, Beason, was traveling east on Bungtown Road 1/8th mile east of Daisey Road when it failed to negotiate a southbound curve. The vehicle drove into a culvert colliding with a dirt embankment. There was major front end damage. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Hutchison was issued citations for Driving Under the Influence and Improper Overtaking On Right Drove Off Roadway. He was given a notice to appear and was released after medical evaluation at a hospital.

 

Kaushik Patel, 47, Scheperville, IN, was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Patel was given a notice to appear and was released..

 

Meghan Sennhenn, 21, Decatur, was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Sennhenn posted her IL Drivers license as bond and was released.

 

Emmanuel Contreras, 22, Clinton, was issued a citation for Speeding (69 mph in a 55 mph zone). Contreras was given a notice to appear and was released.

 

Glenda Beatty, 52, Spaulding, was issued a citation for Speeding (74 mph in a 55 mph zone). Beatty posted her IL Drivers license as bond and was released.

 

Henry Radcliffe III, 57, Urbana, was issued a citation for Speeding (70 mph in a 55 mph zone). Radcliffe posted his IL Drivers license as bond and was released.

 

Maryiln Weber, 73, Argenta, was issued a citation for Speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone). Weber posted her IL Drivers license as bond and was released.

 

Rachel Carter, 29, Lane, was issued citations for Driving Under Influence and Failure To Reduce Speed/Accident. Carter posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

 

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
