Decatur drivers will see a change at one intersection west of downtown next week.

The city has announced, starting Monday the traffic signal at the intersection of Church and Main will flash red in all directions.

They are trying to determine if the intersection would be better off as an 4-way stop, rather than with a traffic signal.

According to city officials, traffic volumes at the intersection do not currently meet national requirements for traffic signals.
