The Cardinals will be in the nation's capital today. They will visit with President Obama at the White House in honor of their 2011 World Series championship. Former first baseman Albert Pujols [[ POO-holes ]] and retired manager Tony La Russa are not expected to attend. Before going to the White House, the team will visit wounded soldiers at the Walter Reed Medical Center.
