Goosenecks Relocates To Clinton; Open Year Round

One  local  business  has  a  new  home  in  Clinton.

 

 width=Goosenecks Grill has moved to from Weldon Springs State Recreation area to 48 Clinton Plaza in Clinton, next to Wal-Mart. Owner of Goosenecks, Angie Stephens explains the move benefits the business in many ways. She says being open year round may be the nicest part of their move.

Stephens took advantage of a revolving loan through the city of Clinton. She says it was a huge help to the relocating process, especially since she was not aware it was available to her and they were in need of some extra funds.

 width=Executive Director at the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce, Marian Brisard says this is a good thing for the city of Clinton. She highlights Gooseneck's being able to be open year round with their new location as a positive. She says Weldon Springs is working to find someone to take over the building Goosenecks was formerly in.

Stephens is very pleased with the way her restaurant turned out and is excited about their new location and the future of the business. Goosenecks officially opened the doors to their new location Sunday but held a ribbon cutting ceremony yesterday afternoon.
