(Lake Forest, IL)  --  Bears running back Matt Forte has passed a physical and been cleared to play in next week's Pro Bowl.  Forte did not play after spraining the MCL in his right knee December 4th.  Forte was named a Pro Bowler for the first time in his career this season.

(Metairie, LA)  --  It didn't take Steve Spagnuolo long to find new work.  Fox Sports reports the former Rams head coach is the new defensive coordinator for the New Orleans Saints.  "Spags" replaces Gregg Williams, who was just recently hired as Jeff Fisher's defensive coordinator with the Rams.
