Senate Republicans in Illinois say they're looking forward to Governor Quinn's State of the State address next week. They say the budget shortfall is the most pressing issue facing lawmakers this year but they're not confident Quinn is ready to tackle it. The Governor has said fixing the pension system is a priority because it will eat up a large chunk of the state's budget this year. Republicans say they'd like to hear the Governor's plan on how to tackle the Medicaid and pension systems and how he plans to roll-back the tax increase that's set to expire in 2015.
