Woliung says sometimes an issue like this can divide a community because of the thought that business outside of town will take away from what is happening in town. He says having business outside of town will only help with tax dollars which will turn into helping the city improve other areas.

The discussions of development for the 20 acres comes about as a recent change in ownership. Woliung explains there was always ideas for the land but nothing ever came from them. He feels having new ownership may now prompt development.
