Kosuke Fukudome is back in the Windy City.  The Chicago White Sox have signed the veteran outfielder to a one-year contract with a club option for 2013.  The 34-year-old split last season with the Cubs and Cleveland Indians, batting a combined .262 with eight home runs and 35 RBI.  Before coming to the majors, Fukudome played nine years in Japan.
