Illinoisans who are blind, deaf, and hard of hearing are soon going to able to enjoy a good night out at the movies. AMC Theaters says it's equipping all of its screens across the state with closed captioning services and audio-description technology. It's part of a settlement reached with Attorney General Lisa Madigan on behalf of disabled residents in Illinois. The new agreement will allow those with visual and hearing impairments to have an improved experience inside the theatres. All 460 AMC screens in Illinois will be equipped by the end of 2014.
