Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at approximately 12:56 p.m. on Monday, April 9, revealed that a vehicle driven by Michael Hager, 65, Clinton, was parked in the lane of traffic facing east with another vehicle. Johann Friedmansky, 70, Colfax, was also facing east. Hager did not see Friedmansky and proceeded to back into driveway. Friedmansky was stopped in lane of traffic waiting for Hager and another vehicle to clear blocked lanes when Hager hit Friedmansky’s vehicle with the passenger side rear bumper, causing major damage to Hager’s vehicle. Friedmansky’s vehicle had a minor scrape on driver side front bumper. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
