Negotiations on gaming expansion are stalled between lawmakers and the governor.  Quinn has vowed to veto too much gaming expansion in Illinois, claiming he doesn't want the state to become the Las Vegas of the Midwest.   Lang says he can't make sense out of how Governor Quinn supports online lottery sales but won't support slots at racetracks.
