Wisconsin Governor Blasts Quinn Medicaid Plan

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker is often criticized for stripping collective bargaining rights to save the state's budget.  But, he says his methods aren't hurting the state's most needy and he blasted Illinois' plan to chop two-point-seven-billion dollars from Medicaid.

Walker says instead of cutting Medicaid in Wisconsin, they added one point-two-billion dollars more so they could take care of seniors and those who need temporary assistance.  He says instead of using budget tricks and gimmicks, he made solid reforms to rescue the state's budget.
