Rip Hamilton led the way with 22 points as the shorthanded Bulls blew out the Bobcats, 100-68.  Derrick Rose and Luol Deng both missed the game with injuries.  Joakim Noah and John Lucas had 12 points apiece for Chicago, which is two-and-a-half games ahead of the Heat for the top spot in the East.  The teams will meet in Miami Thursday night.  Kemba Walker scored 16 points for the Bobcats.  Charlotte fell to 7-and-54 with its 18th straight loss.
