Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck is going to be the number-one pick in next week's NFL Draft.  ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Colts have informed Luck they will take him with the first selection next Thursday.  Indianapolis General Manager Ryan Grigson said Wednesday that the team has made up its mind, but would not reveal the decision until draft night.  The Washington Redskins are expected to take Baylor quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin the Third with the number-two pick.
