Illinois Congressman Bobby Schilling says Peoria Bishop Daniel Jenky meant no harm when he recently compared some of President Obama's policies to those of Joseph Stalin and Adolph Hitler.  Jenky was referring to Obama's plan to make religious employers cover the costs of birth control, but Schilling says the bishop was simply referring to Obama's socialistic tendencies.

Schilling admits the Bishop could have chosen his words more carefully.

Schilling says Obama's birth control plan is the perfect example of government shredding the Constitution.  He says the American people will sit back and let politicians force policies on people.  He says he'll be one of the first to keep them in check.
