Brianna Coopman, 23, Bettendorf, IA, was issued a citation for Speeding (82 mph in a 65 mph zone). Coopman promised to comply and was released.

Randall Owen, 48, Leroy, was issued citations for Driving While License Suspended and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Owen was issued a notice to appear and was released.
