ChiSox Move Sale From Rotation To Closer

White Sox pitcher Chris Sale is moving back to the bullpen.  Chicago manager Robin Ventura has named the 23-year-old lefty the team's new closer.  Sale had complained about soreness in his pitching elbow.  He is expected to rest until the Sox are in Cleveland on Monday.  While in the starting rotation, Sale went 3-and-1 with a 2.81 ERA.  Hector Santiago had been in the ninth inning role, but has since been moved to middle relief.  Dylan Axelrod will start Sunday in place of Sale.
