A Heyworth woman is in trouble with the law for hosting an after prom-party over the weekend.  Police say Kathryn Morgan posted news of the party on Facebook.  Dozens of students from Peoria's Notre Dame High School showed up for the shindig.  When police busted the party early Sunday, they found teenagers holding containers of alcohol.  Tests reveal at least 27 had consumed alcohol while another 14 chose not to be tested.  Morgan was arrested but released on a 150-dollar bond.  Authorities say official charges are coming down the pike.
