Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at approximately 5:25 a.m. on Monday, May 7, revealed that a vehicle driven by Bruce Kohl, 44, Cerro Gordo, was eastbound on County Highway 15 (Ospur Road) when his vehicle went onto the right shoulder. In an attempt maintain control, and return to the roadway, the action was over-corrected, causing it to drive off the roadway on the left (north) side. The vehicle continued in the north ditch and came to a stop, stuck partially on a culvert. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
