The Chicago Bears have signed safety Brandon Hardin to a four-year contract.  This year's third-round pick out of Oregon State missed his senior season because of a shoulder injury.  Hardin started 15-of-38 games during his collegiate career with the Beavers, recording 105 tackles, three forced fumbles and an interception.  The entire Bears' draft class is now under contract.
