A girl from Cuba, Illinois who was recently honored for academic success is among five students busted for drinking alcohol inside Cuba High School.  Fulton County Sheriff's deputies say they found Tiffany Deakin and four other students inside the school building at 3:30 in the morning on Tuesday.  Deakin is a senior at the school, scheduled to graduate this year and was featured in the "Peoria Journal Star" on Sunday for walking across the stage as a college graduate.  Deakin completed course work at Spoon River Community College while still in high school.  But now she's making news in a whole new way.   She was arrested along with Zachary Rilea and three other minors.  All five were cited for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
