On 05/24/12 at 1:07am, Clinton Police arrested Robert D. Rusher, 30 of Clinton on the charges of Disorderly Conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to DeWitt County jail and released to their staff. He was also cited for a city ordinance violation of Public Intoxication.
