DeHaan says drivers will get some stability at the pump throughout the summer months.  He says the price of crude oil has dropped from 110-dollars to 92-dollars a barrel over the past month.  Plus, refineries have boosted production and is now using cleaner burning gas for the summer.  All of which are reasons why drivers are getting some relief at the pump.
