>>Heat Outlast Celtics In OT

(Miami, FL)  --  LeBron James collected 34 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists as the Heat outlasted the Celtics in overtime, 115-111, in a wild Game Two of the Eastern Conference finals.  Dwyane Wade dropped in 23 points to help Miami take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.  Mario Chalmers netted 22 in the victory.  Rajon Rondo scored a career-high 44 points for Boston.  Rondo also had eight rebounds and 10 assists while playing the entire game.  The series shifts to Boston for Game Three on Friday.

>>Kings Beat Devils In OT In Game One

(Newark, NJ)  --  Anze Kopitar [[ KOE-pih-tar ]] scored with 11:47 left in overtime to give the Kings a 2-1 win over the Devils in Game One of the Stanley Cup Final.  Colin Fraser lit the lamp in the first period to help the Kings grab a 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.  Jonathan Quick stopped 17 of the 18 shots he faced in the victory.  Los Angeles moved to 9-and-0 on the road in this year's playoffs with the win.  Anton Volchenkov scored in the second period for the Devils, who will host Game Two on Saturday.  Martin Brodeur [[ mar-tan  bro-DURE ]] made 23 saves in the loss.
