Goodell Interested In State Of LA Football

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell sent a memo to the league Friday on the state of football in Los Angeles.  NFL.com obtained the letter which stated the development of a stadium in the City of Angels is in the near future.  Goodell continued to lay guidelines for a potential move.  A franchise must state its intent to relocate between January 1st and February 15th of 2013.  The "LA Times" says the Rams, Raiders, Jaguars and Chargers are among those that may relocate.  Los Angeles has not been home to the NFL since 1994 when the Rams and Raiders left town for St. Louis and Oakland, respectively.
