>>Serena Williams Wins Fifth Wimbledon

(Wimbledon, England)  --  Serena Williams claimed her fifth Wimbledon title on Saturday with a three-set win over Agnieszka Radwanska.  Williams won the first five games then stumbled in the second set before pulling it out with a 6-1, 5-7, 6-2 victory for her 14th career Grand Slam championship and first since capturing the title at the All England Club in 2010.  The 30-year-old American's other Wimbledon victories came in 2002, 2003 and 2009.  Radwanska was appearing in her first Grand Slam final and was the first Polish player in a major title match since 1939.

>>Federer Wins Record-Tying Seventh Wimbledon Title

(Wimbledon, England)  --  Roger Federer claimed his record-tying seventh Wimbledon title on Sunday with a four-set win over Andy Murray.  The third-seeded Federer rallied after dropping the first set to post a 4-6, 7-5, 6-3, 6-4 victory on Centre Court at the All England Club and capture his first Grand Slam title since the 2010 Australian Open and 17th of his career.  The super Swiss equaled the Wimbledon mark of seven titles first set by William Renshaw in the 1880s and matched by Pete Sampras.  Murray was trying to become the first British man to win Wimbledon since Fred Perry in 1936.  The 25-year-old Murray fell to 0-and-4 in Grand Slam finals.
