Richard Dillman, 47, Bloomington, was issued a citation for Speeding (60 mph in a 45 mph zone). Dillman posted his IL Drivers License as bond and was released.
Bradley Morrow, 22, Wapella, was issued a citation for Screeching/Squealing Tires, Driving Under Influence, and Illegal Transportation Alcohol. Morrow being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.
