Sephanie Beck, 36, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Battery/Cause Bodily Harm. Beck posted the necessary bond and was released.

Heaven Moulden, 18, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Consumption Of Liquor/Minor. Moulden being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Ariel Futrell, 21, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Battery/Cause Bodily Harm and Assault. Futrell posted the necessary bond and was released.

Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at approximately 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11, revealed that a vehicle driven by Michael Holcomb, 52, Mount Pulaski, was traveling northbound on Paintball Road in an Ameren maintenance truck, south of IL-10. Holcomb stated he was looking for a certain power pole. When he realized he passed the pole he was to work on, he back up, not realizing Sharon Henson, 48, Clinton, was behind him. Holcomb backed into Henson’s vehicle, pushing her vehicle backward several feet. There was damage to the front bumper and hood of Henson’s vehicle. There was minimal damage to the rear bumper of Holcomb’s vehicle. There were no injuries reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
