Logan County residents will have a choice to be making soon about their electric provider.

A decision that was approved by Logan County voters allows city governments to go out for bid for better electric rates. Lincoln Mayor Keith Snyder explains those bids have come back and they have approved to have Integrys Energy Services provide Lincoln and Logan County residents with their energy needs. All along in the process, Mayor Snyder has made clear residents can opt out of the program, however, the deadline to do so is nearing.
