And some breaking news on the Emergency Haying & Grazing of CRP lands....The FSA has now approved counties at a D2 level on the U.S. Drought Monitor for emergency haying and grazing to start IMMEDIATELY. They don’t have to wait until August 2nd. Also, producers are allowed to sell the hay.
