 Nicole Terry, 25, Clinton, was arrested and charged with a Violation of Court Supervision. Terry being un-able to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Ashley Spriggs, 31, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Disorderly Conduct. Spriggs, being unable to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at approximately 0202 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25, revealed that a vehicle driven by Trystian Boring, 17, Lane, was traveling southbound on Regan Rd. at the intersection of Washington Road. Boring turned left onto Washington Road and spun out losing control. Boring left the roadway and entered the ditch, striking a sign. In an attempt to keep on the roadway, Boring overcorrected, turning into the ditch. Boring had no visible signs of injuries and did not report any on scene. Boring was issued a citation for improper lane usage and released.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
