Possible Attempted First Degree Murder Charge For Burglar

(Pontiac, IL) -- Prosecutors say an attempted first degree murder charge is still possible for a Pontiac man accused of breaking into some residences and trying to shoot someone. So far, Andrew Fosdick has been charged with home invasion, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, possessing a firearm without a FOID card and reckless discharge of a firearm. Authorities say Fosdick pointed a gun at a woman, telling her he would shoot if she called police. His gun reportedly clicked but would not fire. Livingston County Judge Robert Travers set Fosdick's bail at one million dollars, which means he must post 100-thousand to be released from jail.
